ToggleThe Map Of The Cosmos
In this post, I am introducing the map of the cosmos that I have drawn.
The map includes the spiritual realm in its depiction.
Before seeing the map, let me introduce several pieces of knowledge about the spiritual realm that will prove to be useful in comprehending the map.
About The Spirits
We are the spirits. Every single human being is in essence a spirit.
Spirits can simultaneously exist in multiple planes of existence which are all connected to The Maker.
I currently believe that the physical correlates of the spirits are the light.
On The Act Of Creation
If you are unfamiliar with the conservation law that I have introduced before, please read this post.
In Buddhism, Karma can be divided into wholesome karma and unwholesome karma.
While wholesome karma originates from intentions with positive energy, unwholesome karma originates from intentions with negative energy.
I believe that wholesome karma refers to the acts of creation that abides by the rule of conservation. For instance, a creation of -2 and +2 abides by the law of conservation, because the total sum is 0 or nothingness.
However, if one creates +59 and does not produce the corresponding -59, some other entity will have to balance it with its energy.
This is unwholesome karma. By performing the act of creation without taking sufficient responsibility, you end up forcing someone else to do the balancing for you.
Climbing Up The Ladder Of Realization
I prefer to call the ladder of realization The Cosmic Axis.
The Cosmic Axis starts at 0, the freest state for any spirit.
The goal of reincarnation is to reach 0 and become one with The Maker again.
While I do not have perfect knowledge regarding the topic, I do not believe that this becoming one with The Maker indicates the disappearance of self.
All spirits are eternal. Becoming one with The Maker is presumably more analogous to the expansion of one’s capacities and awareness.
Moreover, spirits possess individuality, and this individuality is presumably preserved at all times.
The Buddhist goal of anatta is not about the true disappearance of self.
It is about understanding that the ‘I’ am an entity that is interconnected with all other entities in the world.
In this sense, anatta is about expansion of self, not disappearance of self.
The Map
As can be seen in the schematic diagram, The Maker is directly in contact with planes of existence.
In a more detailed diagram, you can see that there are multiple planes of existence.
While I have drawn as if there are multiple layers of planes of existence, this probably is not true. I drew them like this to aid comprehension.
While difficult for us to visualize, planes of existence in the cosmos probably are a single fabric where all the planes are embedded into the same fabric.
How Large Is The Cosmos
The cosmos probably is extremely large.
Moreover, the cosmos seems to transcend 3 dimensional reality to include multi-dimensional spaces.
Whenever we think about size of anything, we are forced by our cognitive limitation to think in terms of a 3-dimensional world.
This fundamental limitation imposed on the human mind presumably makes it impossible, as of now, to fully imagine the entirety of the cosmos.
In the future, technological advancements may make the visualization of the cosmos possible.
Michael Newton
Michael Newton was a highly proficient hypnotherapist who extensively investigated the spiritual realm.
According to Newton, all spirits are intelligent energy capable of cognitive capacities.
Newton describes the source of all energy as The Maker or the source.
My map of the cosmos is consistent with what Newton has told us about the spiritual realm.
There’s Much More To Investigate
My map of the cosmos is very simple, meaning that we still do not possess much knowledge about how the cosmos is structured.
In order to fill the knowledge gap, we should work hard to advance with both sciences and spirituality.
