On How To Combat Evil
It is not difficult at all to encounter evil in our lives.
Evil often manifests as various acts that harm other people.
However, I must emphasize that before delving into the topic of how we can combat evil, we must have a clear idea of what evil is.
What Is The Evil?
Evil is not an abstract idea. I believe that it has a very clear definition.
Evil can be defined as an act of depriving others of freedom and independence with the intention of achieving selfish goals.
Depriving people of freedom itself is not an evil. For instance, doctors anesthetize their patients before performing surgery.
While anesthetization infringes upon a person’s freedom by depriving the person of consciousness, it is far from being evil because it is for the benefits of the patient.
Likewise, the pursuit of selfish goals isn’t necessarily bad. When we do exercises, we do it for our own health and not others, so it can be considered selfish. However, this, too, is far from being evil.
It is only at the intersection of these two intentions that the evil arises.
On The Relationship Between God and Evil
We call those who do evil devil, demon or Satan.
It is important to note that devils, demons and Satan also are children of God, just like us.
It is just that they chose to do evil.
We, the spirits, as children of God, possess great freedom. We can decide to do evil or do Godly actions. It’s up to us.
We must recognize this freedom of ours when figuring out the ways to combat evil.
God possesses numerous abilities, and some of the most potent capacities include creation and love.
Devils, demons and Satan do not create, but steal what has been created.
This allows us to understand the fundamental relationship between God and the evil beings.
While God dedicates to creation and love, evil beings do not engage in creation and attempt to steal what has been created.
On How To Combat Evil
Now we have good theoretical basis with which to figure out the way to combat evil.
The essence of evil is to steal energy.
Therefore, in our journey to combat evil, we must protect our divine energy from the evil beings who try to steal it.
Let me give a real-life example. If someone unreasonably criticizes you or harasses you, that person is trying to steal your energy, in an attempt to satiate one’s need for energy.
In that case, you should be aware of the fact that the goal of the person is to steal your energy.
People who live with God create energy themselves when they are in need of energy. People who live with demons do the opposite.
Therefore, the best response you can make is to not project any energy to that person.
In other words, it would be to ignore the acts of aggression.
You should not let other people undermine your values for you. You are the only entity that can determine your own value.
It is this realization that gives you a divine shield that is impenetrable to all evil.
